We’re hiring a Procurement Manager to join a growing and innovative manufacturing business.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of supplier strategy, drive performance, and ensure a resilient supply chain supporting production and growth.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning supplier categories and leading sourcing strategies
- Driving supplier performance across delivery, quality, and cost
- Managing risk and ensuring continuity of supply
- Partnering with Engineering, Operations, and Programme teams
- Supporting planning, forecasting, and product introduction
- Delivering cost savings and value improvement initiatives
What we’re looking for
✅ Strong procurement experience in manufacturing or similar environments
✅ Proven supplier management and negotiation skills
✅ Experience with forecasting, planning, or production environments
✅ Confident influencing stakeholders cross-functionally
✅ ERP/MRP experience and data-driven mindset
