Claims Handler

Bristol (Hybrid)

Up to £30,000 Basic

One of our favourite clients is hiring again.

We’re looking for a Claims Handler to join a growing insurance business with a strong reputation, supportive culture and genuine long-term progression opportunities.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone from insurance, claims handling, customer service or operations looking to develop their career in a modern and people-focused environment.

The role:

  • Managing claims from first notification through to settlement
  • Acting as a key point of contact for customers and business partners
  • Investigating claims and reviewing policy coverage
  • Keeping communication clear, empathetic and proactive throughout the process
  • Working closely with external stakeholders including legal firms and partners
  • Supporting compliance and improving internal processes

What they’re looking for:

  • Experience within insurance, claims handling or customer service is beneficial but not essential
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organised with good attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple cases at once
  • Positive, team-focused attitude
