Associate / Senior Associate – Employment | Birmingham
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a top-ranked, Tier 1 Employment team in Birmingham.
This is a chance to work on high-quality, varied employment work across a strong mix of education and commercial clients, including over 120 universities and leading organisations in health, care, automotive, manufacturing and retail.
The Opportunity
This role offers genuine breadth and impact. You’ll advise on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, manage Employment Tribunal work, and play an active role in delivering client training, seminars and legal updates.
You’ll also support business development activity and contribute to the continued growth of a highly regarded national practice.

Requirements
- 3+ years’ PQE in employment law
- Experience managing Employment Tribunal matters
- Interest in business development and client training
- Experience advising large employers and/or advocacy experience would be advantageous.
