Job Title: Conversion OfficerDepartment: Recruitment and Business DevelopmentLocation: DerbyReports To: Head of Business DevelopmentRole OverviewThe UKMC Conversion Team Member is responsible for managing and supporting theend-to-end conversion process of candidates into fully compliant and deployable staff.This role ensures that all candidates meet regulatory, organizational, and clientspecific requirements while delivering a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.Key Responsibilities• Coordinate and manage candidate conversion processes from offer acceptanceto full compliance• Review and verify documentation to ensure adherence to UK regulatory andcompany standards• Liaise with candidates to collect outstanding information and provide guidancethroughout onboarding• Track candidate progress using internal systems and maintain accurate, up-todate records• Collaborate with recruitment, compliance, and operations teams to ensuretimely conversions• Identify and resolve issues or delays in the conversion pipeline• Maintain a high level of communication with stakeholders regarding candidatestatus• Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline conversion processes• Ensure all activities align with data protection and confidentiality policiesKey Skills & Experience• Strong administrative and organizational skills• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-pacedenvironment• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or CRM systems• Previous experience in recruitment, onboarding, or compliance (preferred)• Understanding of UK employment and compliance requirements (desirable)Personal Attributes• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset• High level of accountability and ownership• Team player with a collaborative approach• Adaptable and able to handle changing priorities• Professional and customer-focused attitudePerformance Metrics• Conversion turnaround time• Compliance accuracy rate• Candidate satisfaction and engagement• Pipeline efficiency and backlog managementWhat We Offer• Opportunities for career growth and development• Supportive and collaborative team environment• Training and continuous learning opportunities…
