Job Description:

Graduate Commercial Property Manager

Ardeta Search are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a well-established, Sheffield-based, family-owned property company with a substantial and diverse UK portfolio spanning multiple sectors.

Headquartered in a vibrant, modern, and professional open-plan office in South West Sheffield, the business has built a strong reputation for quality, long-term investment, and hands-on asset management. Recent additions to the team reflect their continued growth and commitment to attracting ambitious, high-calibre individuals who can contribute to both the role and the wider business.

The company provides a collaborative and forward-thinking working environment, where employees are encouraged to develop, take ownership, and build long-term careers.

Their varied portfolio spans:

  • Retail, office, industrial, and leisure assets
  • A significant residential portfolio
  • A mix of high-end and smaller, diverse properties (e.g. Grade A offices, industrial units, creative spaces)
