Principal Technical Architect

• Design, develop, and support Temenos T24 Securities and Wealth‑related modules, TAFJ, including:
  • Order management
  • Order Execution
  • Trade Settlement
  • Corporate actions
  • Derivatives (DX) modules
• Understand the existing L3 code and implement enhancements by following the Transact standards with the support of Business Analyst
• Deliver end‑to‑end T24 solutions covering analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support

Technical Design & Development

• Prepare and review Technical Solution Designs (TSDs) and developer requirement documents
• Develop:
  • Enquiries, Versions, Menus
  • Local Tables
  • Validation, Authorization & Service routines
  • Template programming
  • Multithreaded COB and pre‑COB routines
• Perform code optimization, performance tuning, and defect resolution

Testing & Release Management

• Prepare and execute test cases, SIT/UAT support, and production validation
• Manage pack deployments and support live operations
• Provide L3 production support, root cause analysis, and change implementation

Stakeholder & Team Leadership

• Engage with business users, BAs, and external platforms to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Lead and mentor 6-8 member technical teams, including:
  • Code reviews
  • Technical guidance
  • Workspace setup and onboarding
• Support Agile and Waterfall delivery models, including Agile ceremonies and documentation
