This is a high-impact Staff Product Engineering role for someone who enjoys operating across the stack, owning complex systems end-to-end, and working close to both customers and product strategy.
The opportunity
You’ll work on deeply technical, production-grade systems spanning backend architecture, financial data pipelines, AI-powered workflows, integrations, infrastructure, and frontend product surfaces. The role combines strong engineering fundamentals with real product ownership in a fast-moving environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Designing and shipping full-stack product features end-to-end
- Building scalable backend systems and distributed workflows
- Working with complex financial and ERP data environments
- Developing configurable ingestion and automation pipelines
- Contributing to AI-powered workflow and agent systems
- Collaborating closely with product, design, and AI teams
- Driving engineering quality, reliability, and technical direction
- Mentoring engineers and raising the technical bar across the team
What they’re looking for
- Strong experience building and shipping complex software products at scale
- Product-minded engineer comfortable owning problems end-to-end
- Experience across modern engineering stacks and infrastructure
- Ability to move quickly while maintaining high quality standards
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and challenging assumptions
- Bonus points for fintech, ERP, accounting, or financial data experience
