Location: London – 3 days onsite requirement.

Architecture & Engineering

• Strong solution architecture experience (primary skillset)
• Ability to translate business needs into working technical solutions
• Comfortable interpreting and guiding software development teams

Software Development Background

• Deep understanding of software development (hands‑on background essential)
• Must have previously worked at a low-level / detailed engineering level
• Not required to actively code, but must credibly challenge and guide developers

Broad, multi-stack exposure including

• .NET ecosystem
• Databases (relational + NoSQL e.g., Elastic)
• Cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)

Platforms / Infrastructure

• Linux
• Virtualisation
• Networking

Soft Skills & Stakeholder Management

• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong customer relationship management
• Effective people management / influencing skills
• Ability to operate in a high-profile role across multiple workstreams
