Responsibilities

• As a member of the Performing Arts faculty, develop and deliver an innovative PE curriculum.
• Inspire students with outstanding classroom practice and personal love of learning.
• Demonstrate creativity and excellent subject knowledge in teaching a wide range of sports including dance, gymnastics, athletics, team sports and trampolining.
• Run extra‑curricular sports and lead teams at fixtures as part of the extra‑curricular provision.
• Committed to developing and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning and ensuring all pupils achieve their full potential.
• Support the school’s commitment to safeguarding and attain an Enhanced DBS Disclosure.

Qualifications

• Qualified to teach trampolining.
• Excellent subject knowledge of a wide range of sports, including dance, gymnastics, athletics, and team sports.
• Strong leadership and inspiring ability to motivate colleagues.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
