We are seeking a Business Director to lead board and CEO search assignments while building senior client relationships and shaping the growth of our practice.
About the role
- Lead high profile executive and CEO search assignments
- Act as a trusted adviser to Chairs, CEOs and trustees
- Win and grow retained senior level work
- Contribute to strategy, thought leadership and market positioning
- Coach colleagues and role model inclusive, values led practice
About you
- Experienced in executive search, senior appointments or advisory work
- Strong track record with senior stakeholders
- Commercially astute, with experience winning retained work
- Credible, thoughtful and highly collaborative
