The Store Manager role
As a Store Manager you will be responsible for the running of your store. You will be a proactive, hands‑on leader who focuses on maximising sales, exceeding budget targets, controlling costs, delivering excellent customer service and developing your team.
- Directly responsible for achieving optimum sales through commercial performance, ensuring excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
- Support, develop and mentor your team to maintain high store standards and customer experience.
- Take ownership of store standards, merchandising and housekeeping in accordance with marketing guidelines.
- Provide a safe environment for staff and customers by implementing current health and safety policies.
