At David Lloyd Clubs we are enjoying a sustained period of growth opening amazing new clubs in the UK & Europe. We are currently looking for a Regional Manager to join our passionate leadership team.
Responsibilities
As Regional Manager you will provide inspirational leadership to your team of General Managers to support them in reaching their full potential. You will ensure the region complies with all health & safety requirements and foster a culture of success to drive employee engagement, member experience and regional EBITDA targets. You will be accountable for capital investment projects, coordinating planning with each General Manager to drive return on investment, and oversee the implementation of the business plan, objectives and initiatives.
This is a hybrid role where travel and regular club visits within your region will be required.

Qualifications
- Inspirational leadership skills
- Excellent operational knowledge
- Several years experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility)
- Several years experience managing a large team of employees, including Managers
- Experience in financial planning and management
