HEXA SERVICES (UK) LIMITED is seeking a Site Manager for a large Care Home project in Bangor. The role starts immediately and is full‑time, with working hours from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities:

• General day‑to‑day management of the site
• Oversee all health and safety on site
• Maintain site documentation and records
• Coordinate trades and subcontractors on the site

Essential qualifications:

• Enhanced DBS clearance (required)
• Entry‑level experience in site management or construction (e.g., Project Management)
• Good communication and organisational skills
