Site Manager (SC Cleared)

CNX Recruitment is looking for a proactive and highly organised Site Manager, on behalf of a construction main contractor with a strong background in construction project delivery, site coordination, health & safety compliance, and contractor management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure safe and efficient project delivery
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
• Ensure all works are completed in line with programme deadlines and quality standards
• Maintain strict adherence to health & safety regulations and site procedures
• Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and progress reporting
• Liaise with project stakeholders and management teams
• Manage documentation, permits, and compliance records

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager within industrial, commercial, or infrastructure environments
• BPSS Clearance or active SC Clearance is essential
• Valid SMSTS certification
• CSCS Card
• Strong understanding of CDM regulations and site safety management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple contractors xlqdzyr and site activities simultaneously
• Full UK driving licence preferred
