The Role
An opportunity for an experienced Senior Site Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day site performance of projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to a high standard.
Key Duties
- Oversee site operations, programme and quality delivery
- Manage site teams, subcontractors and resources
- Ensure health & safety compliance and high audit standards
- Monitor progress and drive performance on site
- Liaise with clients, consultants and internal teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Site Manager / Senior Site Manager role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Solid understanding of construction processes and H&S regulations
- Ability to deliver projects to programme and budget
