Regulated Funds Associate

Join an international law firm with a market‑leading Financial Services Funds practice, based in London or Bristol.

What you’ll be doing

• Advising on the launch, restructuring, promotion and operation of regulated funds including UCITS
• Drafting and negotiating fund agreements – custody, depositary, administration, distribution and more
• Supporting corporate and strategic transactions involving asset and wealth managers
• Advising on financial services regulatory requirements and retail investment product documentation
• Acting for institutional investors on fund investments

What they’re looking for

• Around 2–3 years’ PQE with regulated funds experience at a leading practice
• Strong academic background and genuine interest in the investment funds sector
• Solid grasp of financial services regulation
• Commercial mindset and strong client communication skills
• Comfortable working autonomously, with good judgement on when to elevate matters
