Commercial Finance Manager

We are seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to join our finance team in a fast‑paced omnichannel fashion environment. This role will support our ambitious growth plans with a focus on optimizing digital performance and driving international expansion. You will act as a strategic business partner to senior management, working with various teams across the business to deliver data‑driven financial insights and support commercial decision‑making.
The Role
- Commercial Finance & Business Partnering: Partner with commercial teams (retail, merchandising, e‑commerce, marketing) to analyze performance, report KPIs and support decision making. Deliver ad‑hoc financial analysis as required.
- Work closely with marketing to analyze spend, evaluate campaign ROI and optimize profitability across channels.
- Develop financial models for investment opportunities, including new store openings, entering new markets, product launches and technology capital investment.
- Lead timely reporting and analysis to inform critical business decisions.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead annual budgeting and forecasting across all channels (online, store, wholesale) for sales, margins and operating costs.
- Build detailed financial models, dashboards and KPI trackers to support planning and scenario analysis.
- Partner with senior management to monitor performance, review spend and provide actionable insights.
- Deliver monthly, quarterly and ad‑hoc financial reports highlighting trends, risks and opportunities.
- Processes, Data & Systems: Support implementation and optimization of systems to enhance data reporting.
- Drive improvements in financial processes, systems and reporting.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information.
- Collaborate with tech and commercial teams to enhance data output for reporting and strategic decision making.
- People: Lead a high‑performing team, set clear targets & timelines, and foster continuous learning and performance reviews.
- Manage team development, provide coaching, and ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
