This Private Client Solicitor opportunity in Manchester offers the chance to build and lead a team from scratch, delivering high-quality HNW work with full autonomy and strategic input.

The Role

• Lead and grow the Private Client offering in Manchester
• Build a team from the ground up with firmwide support
• Advise HNW clients on complex estates, tax and succession planning
• Handle trusts, wealth structuring and estate administration
• Drive business development and expand the client base
• Collaborate with partners across the wider firm
• Play a key role in the firm’s long-term Manchester strategy

The Candidate

• Senior Solicitor operating at Partner level
• Strong expertise in private client and tax matters
• Established network in the Manchester market preferred
• Proven track record in winning and developing work
• Commercial, strategic and growth‑focused mindset
• Leadership capability or experience building teams
• Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills
• Motivated to shape and grow a regional offering
