Private Client Solicitor – Derby – Up to £65,000 + Bonus + Benefits

A well-established, Legal 500 regional firm is looking to appoint a Private Client Solicitor to join its growing team.

This Private Client Solicitor opportunity offers high-quality work, a loyal client base and clear progression within a reputable and supportive practice.

The Role

• Manage a varied caseload including wills, probate, trusts and estate administration
• Advise clients on inheritance tax, succession and estate planning
• Handle trust creation, administration and wealth structuring matters
• Support clients on LPAs and Court of Protection work
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Work closely with partners on complex matters
• Contribute to business development and networking activity
• Support the continued growth of the Private Client team

• Qualified Solicitor with strong private client experience
• Solid technical expertise across wills, trusts and probate
• Commercial and client-focused approach
• Experience managing matters independently
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
