Role

  • Managing a varied caseload of Real Estate Litigation matters, including landlord & tenant and property disputes
  • Advising clients on development‑related disputes and strategic real‑estate matters
  • Handling matters from instruction through to resolution, including litigation and ADR
  • Drafting pleadings, correspondence, and legal documentation across Real Estate Litigation cases
  • Providing commercially focused, pragmatic advice to a diverse client base
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Attending client meetings, negotiations, and court hearings, with advocacy opportunities
  • Supporting business development and contributing to the growth of the Birmingham team

Candidate

  • A Real Estate Litigation Solicitor operating from circa 1+ years’ PQE (Associate) through to Principal Associate level
  • Strong technical expertise across Real Estate Litigation and property disputes
  • Experience gained within a reputable regional or national firm, ideally within the West Midlands market
  • A solid grounding in traditional property / real estate litigation matters
  • Commercially aware, with strong client‑handling and communication skills
  • Ambitious and motivated, with an interest in business development and contributing to team growth
