Working within a Tier 1 ranked team, you will advise national and international clients on complex employment, HR and business immigration matters across a wide range of sectors while also supporting and developing junior lawyers.

Description
- Advising clients on a broad range of contentious and non contentious employment matters
- Advising private and listed companies with complex HR and workforce issues
- Advising on industrial action, union negotiations and workforce restructuring matters
- Managing employment litigation and senior executive exits
- Advising clients within sectors including sport, retail, technology, manufacturing and healthcare
- Providing strategic employment support on business critical projects and transactions
- Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers within the team
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships with national and international businesses
- Working on business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth of the practice
Profile
- A solicitor with ideally 8 years PQE or above in employment law
- Confident in advising employers on a broad range of employment and HR matters
- Confident handling complex contentious and non contentious employment work
- Experienced in supporting large corporate clients across multiple sectors
- Commercially minded with strong client relationship management skills
- Interested in working within a large regional law firm
- Comfortable supervising and mentoring junior team members
- An excellent communicator with strong technical and interpersonal skills
Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £105,000 to £120,000 per annum.
