What will the Interim Director of HR role involve?
- Providing strategic leadership to the executive team and wider HR function, focusing on recruitment, retention, talent management, and absence reduction.
- Leading initiatives to enhance staff wellbeing and reduce associated costs, including sickness absence.
- Supporting organisational change and improvement projects aligned with long‑term goals.
- Collaborating closely with trustees and senior leaders to formalise HR policies and ensure compliance.
- Managing ongoing HR projects, ensuring smooth implementation within a fast‑paced environment.
