Key Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis to gather insights and make data driven recommendations for business improvement.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Utilize agile methodology to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver results within designated timelines.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and effectively communicate project progress.
• Support in the implementation of business strategies by providing analytical support and contributing to decision‑making processes.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements through data analysis and business acumen.

Skill Requirements

• Proficient in data analysis techniques, tools, and methodologies to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
• Strong business analysis skills to understand and document business requirements with clarity and precision.
• Hands on experience with agile methodology, including scrum or kanban, to drive project execution and delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members.
• Ability to think critically and problem solve to address business challenges with innovative solutions.
