A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Contract Manager to oversee a large, high‑profile static contract in Poplar for a leading FM/building services provider.

This role is ideal for a technically qualified leader with strong operational experience, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage large engineering teams within a demanding environment.

The Role

• Full operational responsibility for a large static site
• Managing engineering teams, supervisors, and subcontractors
• Ownership of service delivery, compliance, and client relationships
• Full P&L responsibility for the contract
• Driving KPI performance and contract growth opportunities

Requirements

• Technical background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Previous experience in Contract Management within FM/building services
• Strong leadership and client management skills
• Commercially astute with P&L experience
