With a long-standing reputation for excellence, we are shaping the future of care environments across Bristol.We’re now seeking a Village Manager to lead one of our thriving retirement communities, shaping an exceptional resident experience while driving operational and commercial success.The RoleAs Village Manager, you’ll be the senior leader of the retirement community, accountable for both the day-to-day experience of residents and the long-term success and development of the village. You’re reliable, respectful and enjoy working as part of a team to support the day-to-day experience of residents, colleagues and visitors.Essential skills and experience:Proven leadership experience in housing, retirement living, hospitality or similar environmentsTrack record of delivering exceptional customer or resident outcomesStrong commercial acumen, including P&L responsibilityAbility to operate strategically while managing day-to-day complexityExcellent communication and influencing skillsExperience building and developing high-performing teamsKnowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance requirementsDesirable:Experience within the retirement living or later living sectorUnderstanding of care sector requirementsExperience contributing to service design or innovationExperience managing mixed-use or community-based environmentsWhat We’re Looking ForWe value warmth, integrity and collaboration.
