Senior Major Incident & Resilience Lead

National Highways is seeking an experienced Major Incident Manager to lead the governance and improvement of its Major Incident Management capability. You will ensure effective management of major incidents, enhance resilience, and maintain high readiness levels across operations.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication skills, and a deep understanding of risk management. This role requires ITIL 4 Foundation certification with desirable ITIL 4 Specialist modules. The position offers flexibility to work from any UK office, with some travel needed.
