Here at BDS Recruitment we are looking to recruit for an ongoing position as a Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager based in the Enfield area. This role is 20 hours per week and will be delivered Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. This is a potential temp ongoing role to start ASAP.

Pay rate: £15.96ph (PAYE: £20.61ph, UMB)

The main role is to provide daily communication with the residents who live independently within the Scheme, and to assess residents’ daily needs and signpost information. The role also includes regular welfare checks, health and safety checks on the building, and reporting and repairs.

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS check dated within the last 12 months or on the update service.
• Previous sheltered or supported housing experience is ideal.
• Ability to work with older adults (55+).
• Based in Enfield.
• Availability of 20 hours per week, to be delivered between Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

Key duties include:

• Welfare checks on residents.
• Health and safety checks.
• Signposting information.
• Organizing activities.
• Reporting any repairs.
