Role Overview

Boden Group is working in partnership with a Building Consultancy who is currently seeking Surveyors to carry out Stock Condition Surveys in Oxford.

Our client is a leading property consultant responsible for delivering a large programme of condition and surveys of social housing units, capturing information utilising asset management software on a tablet PC.

Responsibilities

• Carry out stock condition surveys of social housing units.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock condition surveys.

Compensation

• Day rate: £200 per day
• Contract length: 3 months
