We provide managed IT solutions to thousands of customers across the globe, who rely on BT to keep their critical business operations running.What you’ll be doingDesigning and configuring, testing and troubleshooting networksTranslating customer requirements into accurate, working configurations, diagrams and instructions for other agentsProviding point of technical escalation within the team for complex issuesProviding remote support to onsite engineers during solution deployment and resolving issuesActively supporting and implementing efficient ways of working and cost reductionEssential Skills / ExperienceExisiting, or ability to gain Government Security Clearance and NPPV3Network design, configuration and implemetation skills/accreditationsTroubleshooting customer network deploymentsVendors include Cisco, Fortinet, Draytek, Meraki, Juniper, Palo Alto, ArubaProactive continual learning and developmentDesirable Skills / ExperienceCisco CCNP and any other vendor accreditationsEvidence of Testing and TroubleshootingEvidence of taking ownership of delivering project work packagesOur PackageAt BT, we entertain, educate, and empower millions of people every single day.
