Overview
We are partnered with an independent consumer rights watchdog seeking an experienced Team Administrator to support their Governance Team. This full‑time role requires two days per week in office for an initial 12‑month period, with possible extension.
Responsibilities
- Organise meetings, including room bookings and catering.
- Prepare meeting packs, take notes/minutes, and distribute agendas.
- Provide full administrative support to the team.
- Help manage expense claims.
- Offer varied project support within the team.
Qualifications
Previous experience providing administrative support in a fast‑paced, demanding environment. Strong IT literacy and advanced Microsoft 365 skills are required. Experience with a professional institute or membership body is a plus, though not essential. The ideal candidate is organised, adaptable, and demonstrates excellent administration skills.
