Job Description:

Salary: £33,500 pa (negotiable based on skills and experience). Permanent, full time 37.5 hours per week. Benefit includes health cash plan and two paid volunteering days per year. On‑call shift pay £14.30 per session. Located in Norwich. No Certificate of Sponsorship available for this role.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and coach a team to deliver safe, person‑centred supported housing services
  • Champion safeguarding and health and safety across the service
  • Manage performance, supporting colleagues to grow and deliver great outcomes
  • Oversee service quality, contracts, KPIs and customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with customers and partners to improve services and outcomes

You have

  • Experience leading and supporting teams in housing or care settings
  • Confidence managing performance and coaching others to succeed
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and customer‑focused practice
  • Experience working with people with diverse and complex needs
  • Ability to manage priorities across varied responsibilities

  • Open to agreeing a work pattern and managing your own diary
  • Service‑based role with flexibility to work from home and work alongside customers
  • Opportunity to network across services and with commissioners to ensure service standards are delivered
  • Required enhanced DBS; pay for DBS check
  • Need to be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle insured for business purposes
