As aFull Stack Software Engineer, We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced React Native Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a key contributor, you will design, develop, and optimize cross-platform mobile applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, high-quality, and user-centric solutions.

Job responsibilities

• Develop and Enhance Applicationso Design, develop, and deploy high-performance React Native applications for iOS andAndroid platforms.o Implement intuitive UI/UX designs, ensuring consistency in themes, fonts, and colorschemes.o Optimize app size, improve performance, and streamline onboarding workflows toenhance user retention and engagement.
• Collaboration and Leadershipo Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer success and productteams, to align development efforts with strategic goals.o Mentor junior developers, conduct comprehensive code reviews, and uphold bestpractices in mobile development.o Act as a technical advocate for React Native and related frameworks within the team.
• Technical Implementationo Migrate, enhance, and maintain applications using modern developmentmethodologies and tools.o Automate testing workflows, leveraging tools like Detox and Maestro to improve end-to-end test coverage.o Integrate cloud services (AWS, Firebase) to ensure scalability and reliability in mobilesolutions.
• Release and Deploymento Manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, and Bitrise, ensuring efficient staging and production deployments.o Oversee App Store and Google Play deployments, managing releases and ensuring compliance with platform standards.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Exposure to automation frameworks like Detox, Maestro, and tools like Postmanand TestRails.o Hands-on experience in Agile environments, focusing on Test-Driven Development(TDD) and pair programming.o Strong understanding of CI/CD platforms and version control tools (Git, Bitbucket).
• Soft Skillso Ability to lead and collaborate within cross-functional teams.o Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering scalable, user-centricsolutions.o Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
