Job Description:

Swindon, United KingdomLondon, United KingdomBournemouth, United Kingdom

We are looking for a Senior Analyst with solid SAS expertise and a proven ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insight. In this role, you’ll provide analysis across customer behaviour, market trends and product performance, while developing data solutions that support strategic priorities. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, presenting insight that informs decisions and shapes the direction of our products and propositions.

You’ll enjoy a role with real variety and autonomy, where no two days look alike. From deep‑dive analytical work to owning end‑to‑end projects, you’ll broaden your skills, explore new techniques, and make a visible impact across the organisation. This is an environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and continuous learning.

You’ll join the Retail Products team, supporting the banking and savings needs of more than 16 million members and commercial customers. Your insight will help shape propositions across current accounts, savings, credit cards and personal loans, ensuring we meet customer needs, reward loyalty, and support the long‑term sustainability of the business. If you’re motivated by meaningful analysis and the opportunity to influence real‑world outcomes, this role offers a place where your contribution truly counts.

At Nationwide we offer hybrid working wherever possible. More rewarding relationships are supported through our hybrid approach, bringing colleagues together across our UK wide estate, whilst also supporting generous access to home working. We value our time in the office to solve problems, to learn, and to feel connected.

For this job, you’ll spend at least two days per week, or if part‑time, you’ll spend 40% of your working time, based at either our Swindon, London, or Bournemouth office. If your application is successful, your hiring manager will provide further details on how this works.
