Clinical Oncology Pharmacist – Lead in Cancer Care

Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Specialist Pharmacist to join the Cancer and Technical Services team. This role involves supporting oncology and haematology teams, ensuring high-quality clinical pharmacy support, and contributing to the new measures in the Diagnostic, Treatment and Education Centre.
