Lead ICU Nurse: Critical Care & Mentorship

Barts Health NHS Trust is seeking experienced critical care nurses to join our adult intensive care/high dependency units in Greater London. Candidates must have at least three years’ experience in critical care and advanced clinical knowledge. This role involves providing expert care to critically ill patients, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring the continuous improvement of patient care.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. The position requires internal rotation between day and night shifts.
