• Minimum of 2+ years SEN childcare experience
• Compassionate, patient, and nurturing approach
• Strong understanding of how to support children with learning disabilities
• Experience reviewing, supporting, and delivering outcomes within EHCPs
• Understanding of the EYFS framework
• Knowledge or experience of using Makaton and visual communication aids
• Willingness to follow and reinforce recommendations from Speech and Language Therapists, Physiotherapists, and other professionals involved
• Calm, consistent, and emotionally resilient
