This includes managing the organisation’s intranet and multi-media channels.Deliver employee communication campaigns, projects and events that support Bright Horizons key strategic themesProactively source compelling stories from within Bright Horizons and share on relevant channels to drive colleague engagement and support our strategyGather and utilise employee data insights and analysis to help influence communication priorities and decision-makingEnsure plans and messaging are aligned and maximised by working collaboratively with colleagues across the businessDevelop strong relationships with leaders and colleagues, especially in our nurseriesKeep up to date with the latest employee communications research, techniques and approachComply with Bright Horizons policies and procedures regarding the operation of services and the employment of colleagues, while actively promoting the core values of the businessWhat You Will Need:Exceptional writing ability, particularly in developing short, fresh content using straightforward language across multiple channelsProven experience in producing content across different channels, including written stories, videos, audio formats and other creative mediums such as CanvaAn “ideas person” with a creative eye and strong attention to detailA proactive mindset and the confidence to take initiative when identifying opportunities or solving problemsAbility to prioritise competing demands and manage different stakeholdersStrong reporting ability, gathering, interpreting and analysing engagement data to help demonstrate return on investment and inform decision makingA self-starter, able to work independently with minimal direction, at a fast pacePassionate about working at a purpose-led organisation committed to inclusion and creating a culture of belongingTrack record of success in a communications role within a sizable company developing and implementing compelling, engaging and authentic employee communications (desirable)Demonstrable success in developing and implementing employee communication plans (desirable)Bright Horizons is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
