  • Track performance and drive continuous content innovation

Writing & Strategic Content

  • Create high‑impact content (research summaries, sales materials, thought leadership)
  • Develop LinkedIn content to position senior stakeholders as industry leaders
  • Translate complex insights into clear, engaging multi‑format narratives
  • Maintain consistent tone and provide editorial oversight across outputs

    Internal Communications & Employer Brand

    • Create employer brand content to showcase culture, values, and employee experience

    About You

    • 5+ years’ experience in communications, content, or related roles
    • Exceptional writer and editor with strong attention to detail
    • Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities independently
    • Proactive and solutions‑focused, with strong judgment
    • Experienced in stakeholder and vendor management

    Nice to Have

    • Experience with podcast or multimedia production
    • Strong understanding of LinkedIn and professional content strategies
    • Background in B2B, SaaS, or membership‑based organisations
    • Experience in internal communications and employer branding

    Benefits Include

    • Hybrid working from London office
    • Private healthcare
    • Enhanced pension
    • Unlimited holiday policy
    • Regular team events and socials
    • Complimentary breakfasts and weekly lunches
    • Enhanced parental leave
    • Life insurance
