We’re looking for a senior creative with strong event design skills and a deep understanding of event environments. You know how to take abstract ideas and transform them into immersive spatial narratives that captivate clients and audiences alike. With a sharp creative eye and a flair for concept development, you bring bold ideas to life while balancing imagination with real‑world feasibility.

What you’ll be doing
- Bring bold ideas to life by designing standout 3D concepts for events, conferences, activations, and immersive spaces.
- Turn creative thinking into reality through detailed spatial layouts and high‑impact 3D visualisations.
- Take the lead on the creative direction of event spaces for pitches, client presentations, and international projects.
- Collaborate with a mix of brilliant minds including experience designers, graphic designers, motion designers, copywriters, and technical teams to craft seamless experiences.
- Shape and sell ideas through sketches, mood boards, 3D models, and compelling presentations that land with impact.
- Keep everything aligned from big‑picture vision to real‑world build, balancing creativity, strategy, and feasibility while guiding external partners.
Must haves
- At least 7 years of experience in 3D event design within an event agency.
- A strong creative vision with real flair and a proven ability to turn ideas into standout concepts.
- Advanced knowledge of 3D software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V Ray, Cinema 4D or similar tools.
- Confident presentation skills and the ability to bring ideas to life with impact, whether internally or with senior clients.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint.
- A strategic mindset with a strong understanding of client context and needs.
- The ability to balance storytelling, aesthetics, and spatial constraints without losing the magic.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- A natural curiosity, a sense of ownership, and a collaborative spirit that lifts the people around you.
Nice to have
- Fluency in French.
- Prior experience in the experiential event industry.
