The Role
You will be the Technical Sales Engineer for the Midlands region, building strong relationships with existing customers while developing new business. Your days will be spent visiting clients, understanding their challenges and matching them with the right solutions from one of the most respected product ranges in the industry. You will identify opportunities, generate and qualify leads, prepare quotations, negotiate and close sales, and work with internal teams to ensure customers get exactly what they need. Exhibitions, demos and events will also be part of the role, giving you multiple ways to grow your network and sales pipeline. You will take over a warm patch with already existing clients and nurture those relationships.

What We Need From You
- Experience in technical or field sales, ideally within engineering, manufacturing or metrology.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- The ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly.
- A self-motivated approach, comfortable working independently and planning your own workload.
- A full driving licence and willingness to travel across your region.
