Job Description:Ability to interpret schematics, drawings and wiring diagrams Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline Experience with electronic systems, testing and production environments Familiarity with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters and automated systems Experience with PFMEA, control plans and root cause analysis Knowledge of ESD controls, IPC standards (e.g., IPC-A-610) and best practices in electronics manufacturing Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office tools
As a Manufacturing Engineer with an electronics focus, you will be leading the development, optimization, and support of production processes. You will act as a technical authority ensuring our products are built efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Designing and improving manufacturing processes for electronic assemblies including PCBAs, wiring, and integration builds
- Creating and validating tooling, fixtures, and test equipment for repeatable, high-quality production
- Providing daily engineering support on the shop floor, troubleshooting and resolving production issues
- Leading root cause investigations for electronic failures and implementing corrective actions
- Supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) by translating designs into scalable manufacturing processes
- Collaborating with design, quality, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure efficient production flow
- Developing and maintaining test strategies including ICT, functional, and end-of-line testing
- Driving Lean improvements to enhance quality, safety, cost, and cycle time

- Strong electronics engineering fundamentals
