As a Manufacturing Engineer with an electronics focus, you will be leading the development, optimization, and support of production processes. You will act as a technical authority ensuring our products are built efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Designing and improving manufacturing processes for electronic assemblies including PCBAs, wiring, and integration builds
- Creating and validating tooling, fixtures, and test equipment for repeatable, high-quality production
- Providing daily engineering support on the shop floor, troubleshooting and resolving production issues
- Leading root cause investigations for electronic failures and implementing corrective actions
- Supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) by translating designs into scalable manufacturing processes
- Collaborating with design, quality, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure efficient production flow
- Developing and maintaining test strategies including ICT, functional, and end-of-line testing
- Driving Lean improvements to enhance quality, safety, cost, and cycle time

Qualifications
- Strong electronics engineering fundamentals
- Hands‑on troubleshooting and fault diagnosis experience
