Electrical Service Engineer (Industrial Automation Training)
£48,000 – £58,000 (OTE £65,000) + Company Van (Personal / Work Mileage) + 40 Hours per week (Paid Lunch) + 33 Days Holiday rising to 38 after time served. Workshop based with ~30% travel, commutable from Cardiff, Newport, Caerphilly, Bridgend, Chepstow and surrounding areas.
Are you an Electrical Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Service Engineer or similar looking to further your career within a growing industry? This role offers technical training on systems such as Siemens and ABB, and hands‑on experience in industrial automation. The company has been established for over three decades and is expanding.
Responsibilities
- Service, installation and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Workshop based work with occasional travel and some stays away (~1 week per 6/7 weeks).
- Receive further technical training on ABB and Siemens systems.
Qualifications
- UK license.
- Electrical background.
