Job Description:

As a Field Service Engineer – NCAir, your mission is to contribute to the profitability of the company’s business by providing professional and efficient service of Air compressors & ancillary Equipment. You will provide service & maintenance on customers machines.

Responsibilities

  • To promptly carry out servicing and maintenance on customer machines.
  • To effectively diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on customer equipment, field and workshop based.
  • To carry out PDI and commissioning of new equipment.
  • To identify required parts to effect repairs.
  • To complete job reports correctly and return in a timely manner.
  • If required, to plan and organise daily and weekly visit schedules.
  • Required to take part in the on-call rota.
  • To maintain test instruments, to ensure they remain in good condition.
  • Ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Effectively promote the MultiAir UK Compressor company image.
  • Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
  • Pass on leads to help generate sales and Adhoc.

You will possess a good knowledge of the compressor industry, be self‑motivated and be able to work individually and as part of a team.

As you are customer facing you will have excellent interpersonal skills, be PC literate & hold a clean driving licence.
