Our client is on the lookout for a committed and talented Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their dynamic team. You’ll play a key role in keeping a high-end commercial building running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on mechanical systems
- Respond to breakdowns and perform fault finding/repairs
- Maintain HVAC, pumps, boilers, and pipework
- Monitor and operate BMS systems
- Ensure health & safety compliance and follow permits
- Keep accurate maintenance records
- Support energy efficiency and system performance
- Liaise with contractors and building management
Requirements
- Level 2/3 in Mechanical Engineering or Plumbing
- Mechanical APs – desired
- 5 years’ experience in a similar position
- Right to work in the UK
