Manufacturing Engineer – CNC & Lean Process Improvement

First Achieve Ltd is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer in Glasgow to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality in a fast-paced production environment. You will take responsibility for planning and improving processes while supporting CNC machining operations.

The ideal candidate will hold an HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering, with proven CNC programming experience and a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement. The role combines office-based and shop floor activities, with opportunities for travel.
