The Role
As a Sterilisation Specialist, you’ll provide expert advice and technical support to healthcare providers across your assigned region. Working closely with clinical teams, infection control professionals, and procurement staff, you’ll support best practice in instrument decontamination, sterilisation processes, and lifecycle management.
The Sterilisation Specialist will play a key role in delivering training, carrying out on-site assessments, and advising on compliance improvements to help healthcare facilities maintain audit readiness and patient safety standards.

What’s Required?
- Experience within infection control, sterilisation, or decontamination in healthcare or clinical settings
- Strong understanding of sterilisation methods, instrument care, and decontamination procedures
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards and audit processes
- Ability to deliver training and provide technical guidance to clinical teams
- Knowledge of ISO standards or healthcare accreditation requirements would be beneficial
