Are you ready to lead people, manage performance and take ownership of a frontline repairs service?
You’ll lead the delivery of a high‑quality repairs and maintenance service, taking ownership of planning, performance and compliance across both in‑house teams and external contractors. With a strong focus on people management, you’ll motivate and develop trade teams through a coaching, supportive approach, while building effective contractor relationships to ensure safe, compliant and value‑for‑money services that put customers first.
Experience of working in a housing association or social housing setting would be beneficial, but it’s not essential.
Is this for you?
We’re looking for an experienced people manager with a strong background in repairs and maintenance. You’ll be confident leading teams, managing performance and having honest, constructive conversations to get the best out of people. You’ll bring hands‑on experience of inspections, specifications, budgeting and managing works from start to finish, along with a genuine commitment to working collaboratively with tenants and delivering a great customer experience.
