Enterprise Automation Engineer

Enterprise Automation Engineer – 80k CHF – Lugano – 6045

Responsibilities

• You will manage and maintain UC4 / Broadcom Automic batch automation platforms
• You will administer MFT platforms and secure transfer protocols including SFTP and HTTPS
• You will monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise batch processing and transfer performance
• You will manage automation and MFT related IT projects from planning to delivery
• You will coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors
• You will maintain security, encryption, and compliance controls aligned with PCI DSS and FINMA

Required Skills

• You MUST have an EU/UK passport
• You MUST speak fluent (C1+) Italian and English
• You have experience with UC4 / Broadcom Automic or other enterprise scheduling tools
• You have strong Linux and Windows administration knowledge
• You have knowledge of PGP, SSH, digital certificates, and secure file transfer technologies
• You have experience with automation tools such as Jenkins or Ansible, and managing IT projects

Desired Skills

• You speak German
• You have experience working in regulated or enterprise environments
• You have experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies
• You have strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
