Role
As an Impact & Evaluation Manager, you will lead the delivery of our refreshed approach to monitoring, evaluation and reporting following the launch of our new strategy. You will work closely with our SMT, teams across the charity and colleagues at the Trust, to demonstrate the real difference our work makes, ensuring we can clearly evidence the impact we deliver for patients, NHS staff and local communities.
You’ll strengthen our approach to monitoring and evaluation, ensuring teams have the tools, systems and support to measure success effectively. Transforming data and insights, you will develop engaging and meaningful reporting for supporters, stakeholders and decision‑makers.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Help to create and maintain measurement diagrams for evaluation planning
- Design measurement frameworks that describe the tools and timelines for data collection
- Support a culture of learning and data usage across our organisation
- Assist with the collection and evaluation of staff data
- Help to produce coherent evaluations of community support activities
- Make recommendations to optimise impact and evaluation
- Analyse data from operational activities
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience evaluating impact within the charitable funding sector
- Experience providing evaluation and impact advice to colleagues and stakeholders
- Skills in creating dashboards using software such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong knowledge of monitoring, evaluation and impact methodologies
- Excellent numerical, statistical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Evidence of recent continuous professional development
