The PSL Lawyer will be:
- Supporting Corporate teams with technical knowledge and legal updates
- Developing and maintaining precedents, templates, and know-how resources
- Delivering training sessions and contributing to internal learning programmes
- Monitoring legal developments and ensuring best practice is embedded
- Collaborating with partners and fee earners to improve efficiency and quality
Profile
The PSL Lawyer should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with 4+ years PQE in Corporate law
- Technically strong with a keen interest in knowledge management
- An excellent communicator with strong drafting and presentation skills
- Commercially aware with the ability to engage across multiple teams
- Organised and proactive, with a collaborative approach
